Split-Stone Chalet, our second project in Hotham,  offers two high-end, three-level townhouses with sweeping views over the slopes, flexible living spaces and exceptional ski-in ski-out opportunities.  Inspired by the change of seasons and how the landscape of Hotham responds, the design attempts to translate these shifts using rugged sculptural forms, natural warm tones, and tactile materials throughout.  As the season changes so does the use and as such, the interior planning and function of space is able to adapt and function in both environmental extremes.  Split-Stone provides warmth and comfort season in and out.
