Tassal showcases the thriving Tasmanian Salmon Farming Industry. The Melbourne home for Tassal delivers the experience, product and brand knowledge of salmon in its purest form. Our brief from Tassal was to showcase the product at its utmost through retail and experience. It was important that Tassal customers embraced and had ownership of the brand and the fantastic product. The centre of the store is laced with a cube of fish-net that houses the educational aspects as well as demonstration cooking. Blue fish scale tiles, natural timber floors and strong key display gondolas exhibit the best of Tasmanian product while also visually appetising. Essentially the store design evokes the look and feel of the product.
