Situated amongst the established grounds of Moonee Valley Park, the 67 townhouses on McPherson Street use decorative elements and architectural touch points to tie the interiors to the locale’s long standing heritage. Victorian classicism, and warm timber tones, reminiscent of the stables at Moonee Valley Racecourse, are examples of this articulation; pulling together across four light filled storeys. A soft refined palette invites residents from across the spectrum to convert their townhouses into “townhomes” and engage in a new way of living.
