Conceived as a symbol of change and transformation, Compass House reworks a historic terrace in Melbourne’s Prahran, as a sophisticated and light-filled sanctuary for living.

The homeowners approached Mim Design with a vision to create one large, open space for the ground floor kitchen, dining and living spaces, extending views across the rear garden. Driven by the classicism of the home and the effortless elegance of the client herself, Mim Design developed a resonant design language for the home’s architecture and interiors; sophisticated yet relaxed, detailed yet contemporary.
