Stylist & Designer

Mim Design is looking for a talented design enthusiast to join our team.

The role outlined involves the selection, procurement, furniture curation of projects and styling of photoshoots.

From planning through to selection as well as customisation with the inclusion of artwork through to accessories. This position also entails working closely with the design team as well as collaborating closely with clients and suppliers.

A diverse range of projects from high end residential, multi residential, retail, workplace and hospitality ensures varied scopes and the opportunity to work on differing projects.

• Must love furniture and styling.
• Understanding of the local and international furniture markets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
• Project and time management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for planning purposes.
• Program knowledge requirements:
  • InDesign,
  • Photoshop,
  • Sketch Up

 

Minimum 5 years experience within the design field – Furniture / Sales

This position is a studio based full time role.
