Yellowtrace introduced Hunter & Co Deli in Elsternwick this week.  Visiting the deli, customers are visually drawn to the noticeable features; the custom-coloured concrete counter representing sliced salami with a light fitting sitting above, inspired by a string of bocconcini, and the counter front housing the cheese, resembling camembert.  Read more here.
